All the players in the squad have to be enrolled in their respective universities.

The team has to submit a photocopy of ID card, a photocopy of advising slip and a passport size photo of each player in the squad with the registration form.

Within January 27, 2020 each team has to submit the squad list of 8 players and a manager with their required documents.

Players who have been a part of Bangladesh National Team will not be allowed to participate.

|
Every University will send a team which will participate in 5 different categories (i. Men’s Singles, ii. Women’s Singles, iii. Men’s Doubles, iv. Women’s Doubles, v. Mixed Doubles). One player from the team can participate in a maximum of two categories. The team will get 4 points for becoming the champion for a single category and runner-up will get 2 points. The team earning the highest point from all 5 categories will be the champions of Table Tennis segment and the team earning the 2nd highest point from all 5 categories will be the runner-up of Table Tennis segment. Matches will be played in the round-robin system for all 5 categories.

Every University must participate in at least 3 categories.

Each match consists of 5 sets.
|

|
For each category 16 teams will be participating in the tournament where they will be divided into 4 groups where they will be playing each other. The four group champions will qualify for the semi-finals and the winners from the semi-finals will play the final. The winner of final will be regarded as the champion.

At 10-10, the player winning next point wins the sets.

Every team has to report 30 minutes prior to their match time.

|
Umpires will be making all the decisions in any situation and umpires’ decision is the last decision.

The organizing management only holds the right to change, deduct or add any rules if necessary.

|
No White Jersey is allowed.

|
Rest of the rules will be followed according to the Table Tennis Federation rules.
