1 All the players in the squad have to be enrolled students of their respective universities.
2 The team has to submit a photocopy of ID card, a photocopy of advising slip and a passport size photo of each player in the squad.
3 Within January 27, 2020 each team has to submit the squad list of 15 players with their required documents.
4 A match consists of two 15 minutes halves with a 5-minute rest period in between.
5 Each team can have a maximum off 9 players (including 1 goalkeeper who is the only player allowed to handle the ball within the 18-yard box) and a minimum of 6 players are needed to constitute a match.
6 16 teams will be participating in the tournament where they will be divided into 4 groups. The four group champions will qualify for the semi-finals and the winners from the semi-final will play the final. The winner of final will be regarded as the champion.
7 Match referee’s call is the Final call. In a match the referee act to operate as a time keeper and make any decisions which may need to be made such as fouls, free kicks, throw ins, penalties and added on time at the end of each half. The referee may consult the assistant Match referees at any time in the match regarding a decision.
8 After group stage, if a game will finish without having the results, then it will directly convert into a penalty shootout whereas the Referee operates the shootout according to the international act.
9 The whole ball must cross the goal line for it to constitute as a goal.
10 For fouls committed a player could receive either a yellow or red card depending on the severity of the foul; this comes down to the referee’s discretion. The yellow is a warning and a red card is a dismissal of that player. Two yellow cards will equal one red. Once a player is sent off then they cannot be replaced. If a player receives two yellow cards in back to back matches, he will not play in the next match but it’ll be dismissed into the next round of the tournament like Quarter, Semi & final.
11 If a ball goes out of play off an opponent in either of the side lines then it is given as a throw in. If it goes out of play off an attacking player on the base line then it is a goal kick. If it comes off a defending player it is a corner kick.
12 The squad limit for each team will be 15 and one manager which is mandatory for each club. The manager will be in direct contact with the organizers.
13 If any player gets injured and ruled out of the tournament while the tournament is going on, he can only be replaced with a regular player. For a win in group stages 3 points will be awarded to the winning, 1 point for a draw and 0 for loss.
14 Teams failing to be present in the field on match time will be penalized through walkover, i.e. the opposition will get walkover. If both the teams fail to be present on time both the teams will get 0 points from that match.
15 In case multiple teams finish with same number of points in the group stages, at first goal difference will be considered followed by goals for, goals conceded, head to head and penalty shootout respectively.
16 For group stages match ending with no result will be considered as draw.
17 For Knockout stages, a match ending with no results in normal time will go directly to penalties with each team taking 5 penalties after which sudden death will take place.
18 Offside rules will be applied.
19 Under certain circumstances, if necessary, organizers have the right to make a call.
20 Rolling SUBs is allowed for every match. Any player from the starting of a team can be substituted at any point of time in a match. And re-used or re-substituted in the game back again.
21 The organizing management only holds the right to change, deduct or add any rules if necessary.
22 Rest of the rules will be followed according to the BFF’s rule.
